1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • The product is damaged upon delivery
  • You received the wrong item

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused
  • It must be in its original packaging
  • Return request must be made within 7 days of delivery

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns in the following cases:

  • Change of mind
  • Used or damaged (by customer) products
  • Items without original packaging

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Provide your order number and issue details
  3. Share product images (if damaged/incorrect item)

Our team will review your request and guide you accordingly.


4. Refund Policy

  • Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed
  • Refund will be issued within 5–7 working days
  • In most cases, refunds are processed via bank transfer or EasyPaisa/JazzCash

5. Exchange Policy

We may offer an exchange instead of a refund if:

  • The item is defective
  • The wrong product was delivered

6. Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our mistake, we will cover the shipping cost
  • Otherwise, the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  • First, check your bank account
  • Then contact your payment provider
  • If still not received, contact us
