1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return if:
- The product is damaged upon delivery
- You received the wrong item
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused
- It must be in its original packaging
- Return request must be made within 7 days of delivery
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns in the following cases:
- Change of mind
- Used or damaged (by customer) products
- Items without original packaging
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:

- Provide your order number and issue details
- Share product images (if damaged/incorrect item)
Our team will review your request and guide you accordingly.
4. Refund Policy
- Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed
- Refund will be issued within 5–7 working days
- In most cases, refunds are processed via bank transfer or EasyPaisa/JazzCash
5. Exchange Policy
We may offer an exchange instead of a refund if:
- The item is defective
- The wrong product was delivered
6. Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to our mistake, we will cover the shipping cost
- Otherwise, the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges

- Then contact your payment provider
